Hakata Ippudo @ Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur

Of course we go to shopping after having Hi-tea. Hmm, well.. Only KL place is near Grand Hyatt Hotel and Pavilion are only our choice for the place of shopping.

When we feeling tired, of course, is time to cure our stomachs. Therefore, CPV recommend this restaurant 'Hakata Ippudo' to us as she tried before and she feel nice.

The tasting menu featuring 3 types of ramen which is the signature's Shiromaru Motoaji, Akamaru Shinaji and Spicy Karaka-Men.

Akamaru Shinaji (Rm 28)
Ippudo’s original tonkotsu broth enhanced with special blended miso paste and fragrant garlic oil. Served with spring onions, a refined and modern style ramen.

Shiromaru special (Rm 34)
Shiromaru with flavoured egg (With the not too runny yolk Ajitama), 4 slices of pork belly and seaweed.

Spicy Karaka-men (Rm 28)
Ippudo ‘s original tonkotsu broth with special spicy miso and ground pork

Fried Young Corn (Rm 8)
Deep fried corn, sprinkled with seaweed seasoning and paprika powder. Love this as the juices were still locked within the corns.

Salmon Misoyaki
Marinated salmon with Japanese miso, baked to perfection
